Basic Webdesign + Hosting = $100+ Daily & Resisuals

Many of you don't know me, I hardly post and I've never contributed before. One thing I do however is read alot, I have learned a lot of new methods earning money online from BHW and feel obligated return the favour

Using BHW I have managed to create about 6 additional sources of online income earning $10-$1500 monthly from each source in my spare time ( I also have a full time office job 40hrs weekly).. One method however has literally taken me off my office chair and into my bosses office for resignation and that method I would like to expose today to my fellow BHW friends..

Now What you are about to learn is definitely not top secret information, infact, like I said before I learned it here at BHW, I just took what seen to another level and added my own twists and marketing experience.

Some requirements/experience you need to be success with this method
-PHP Experience ( Installing & understand PHP scripts )
-Creativity
-Basic Marketing & Management

Lets get started

So the objective of this project is that you will be posting ads claiming free webdesign ( Selling Point ) and getting clients onto your hosting servers ( Building Residuals ).

Step 1:
Setup a reseller account with h0stGater ( Cost $19.99 + Monthly )

Step 2:
Configure DNS with your new Hosting domain

Step 3: h0stgater has a free script offered to resellers so they can convert there reseller accounts into actual Share Hosting accounts ( WHM.AutoPilot.

Install AutoPilot onto your server which will take care of Billing and Your Hosting Reseller Management.

Intergrade the script with website and create the design you want

Step 4: Post a hiring Web Designer post in the jobs section of the city you live, you should get 100+ applicants..

Now you will be looking for a kid 14-18yrs old who is actually interested in working with you and designing websites, now this kid should know how to edit templates

Step 5: Compile 1000+ templates and organizate them so if you need to be referred or refer someone to a certain template it will be easy to locate, zip them and send them to anyone you hire to edit templates for you.

Step 6: Post an add on any CL and any classifieds local to you mentioning you are willing to design and help anyone step a Website with free webdesign.

You can also post an add in the newspaper, you will get more leads then you can handle if you go down this route..

Step 7: Now you will be selling Free Web Design which you will outsource to some kid once you have setup the client with webhosting ( From you ) and a domain which you can sell as an affiliate and earn even more!!!

Now I know what your saying Selling Free Web Design? Yes I didn't make a mistake you are selling it What they don't know and you will sell to them is that inorder for them to qualify for free web design is the following
-Registered domain ( Which you can help them setup )
-Hosting paid for atleast 1 year from X Company( Hosting is on your server)

Now I have a package setup called my Business Hosting, I charge $179.99 USD Yearly. Whenever I make a sale I give 100USD to the kid ( Hes Happy ) and take whatever is left over and keep to myself.. if the person likes having there business online they will definitely pay next.

Using this method I have a waiting list and had to quit my job just to process orders and get ready for next years sales when everyones year expires....

I hope to clear just over 5000 PROFIT after paying off the kids this month and I only started 6 months ago...

As you stated earlier, this isn't new at all. I do however commend you for taking action and making it work for you. Great job and enjoy your new found riches!

Nice, there was a similar method posted where you can do a similar thing but instead of hosting you make them setup accounts under your affiliate link and bank the commission on the sale which is a decent amount.

However I like your twist on it by using your own reseller hosting account to charge a reasonable fee but one that will result in a great residual income. Also when your clients want to upgrade you can sell them a redesign. So much good stuff here if you guys think about it.

Nice method but i have one question.
They need to have hosting for more than 1 month for you to get paid right?

You should put a spin on it and use the knowledge you get from BHW to offer SEO
too. Once you get some results you'll start making real money taking upfront fees
and a percentage of their profits.

Hey I like the method, I just have a few questions for you here.

1) How does the resell hosting work? Do they get access tot he hosting account and server as well, or do you need to make all future edits and adjustments from the server end.

2) I assume the kid you hire is making the logos and adjustments to the template to fit the business's needs. Do they also include all of the content? If so how do you go about determining the type of content the customers wants?

3) What kid of work does this involve from your end, aside from making the sale. Do you have to make site edits and adjustments, or is this a situation that once its up and running you no longer have to worry about it?

4) Do you have your own website which advertises your business, such as template availability and costs. If so would you be willing to post it here or PM it?

inorder for them to get the free website they have to pay for a year of hosting, if there serious they need to get it anyways, only thing is they are getting it from me

1) Yes They can setup hosting the same way you would setup hosting anywhere else, They go to my main website login their account and then theres a link to launch there private Cpanel, You can manage bandwidth & memory allowance aswell

2) Most people have their own logo, if not then well wip up something simple using photoshop, If the kids have any trouble doing anything Ill just do it for them.. I have a special submission form that includes all the basic fields they can input their content I would need. ( Page titles, pictures, text content, ideal theme colours etc, still adding new fields for them, then I pass this content onto the kids and they put something up, if there not happy then hey what can they say it was free

3) I am now charging flat fee of $25 for text editing, if there is a broken html code or something like that Ill fix it for free, if they require a complete new website design then they can pay the full price for it or pay another year of hosting

4) I'd prefer to not post my website, Lets keep the blinders off for now but none of the templates are posted, most are from template M0nster tho

Hi Yatwice, I've been working on setting up the same method and would like to know your opinion about WHMAutopilot.

I've been analysing WHMA and WHMCS, but can't really see wich one is better...

Also, do you sell domains thru their enom feature? Is it also automated or manual?

3 Choices, Either they haven't registered it yet and they want you to do it for them and setup the dns because their noobs ) WHM will autobill them each year, Second they have it registered, when they are setting the hosting my website mentions the DNS they should direct their domains too, or Third they want to register it themself, just provide them with an affiliate link to like host gator or godaddy either is fine

If I understand this correctly, you are making about $80 per sale. $179.99 for hosting less $100 to the designer. Then you have to host them for a year. To make $5,000 a month, I would need 62 clients which should be easy in most cities. In a year I would be hosting 744 clients.

I'm guessing this would need a dedicated server by then.

Sounds good so far, but what happens when the server has a problem/gets hacked/disk fails? Do you get 744 angry clients on the phone at the same time, or do you outsource support as well?

I'm doubly happy this worked for you because I've been in the process of setting something similar up for myself to get residual income coming in from hosting. Now I'm going to redouble my efforts!

WHMA, I had to many problems and errors setting up WHMCS and h0stgator has the special intergraded WHMA script which is manages everything automatically ( took me about a month of my time getting everything customized and working flawlessly

Think of Slave & Masterdrives, I use my cheap resller account at h0stgat0r that runs the main WHM script, Using WHM you can setup multiple servers and once one is full it starts installing on the next server, if space frees up on a full server it will install there first... Anything can happen really thats why you want to play with the big boys who got there stuff straight, G0Daddy and H0stgat0r I find to be very reliable.. If one Server goes down it won't affect my entire network just a section of it, and even then, I have WHM send me database updates on all servers and we have a copy of all sites we design. Yes someone might get upset if they loss their website, but you can use this moment to build customer loyalty and actually having a copy of there website on file would be the way to show your organized.

Do you have a template gallery where clients can choose the design?
If yes how did you did it? Any automated script, or manual work?
If no, how do clients choose the template?

Why just settle with 100$, create a reseller account and resell hosting. Give them like 100mb quota and 3gb monthly usually business owners don't use up so much bandwidth and space.
