Basic URL Cloaking Question Please

I'm building a new website. 99% of my [did it myself] affiliate php redirect cloaks have worked fine - but, with a couple of them, no matter what I try, I simply cannot get the affiliates to cloak and when the linked page comes up, my "raw" affiliate link is still there - is this anything I can address or, is this out of my hands and it's just the way the product supplier operates?

Are you cloaking the links from visitors or Google so they don't know the site is an affiliate site?

If you're referring to how the link appears in the user's browser, you could do a full size window frame redirect. That way you can control what they'll see in the browser, but sometimes cookies don't track well using that kind of linking.
