Basic Twitter Web Scraper

As the title says, I need a simple scraper on my website that will scrape and store information based on my inputs

BACKEND

I will input into the script a list of Twitter Accounts; the script will scrape the user's latest tweets and save the following information to the Database
1. ID
2. Twitter User Account
3. Tweet Link
4. Tweet Text (Including images or video if available)
5. No of Likes
6. No of Retweets

The scraper needs to check every x minutes for new tweets made by the accounts I added, scrape the information, and add them to the DB.

The script needs to make sure it doesn't scrape the same tweet twice.

Frontend UI

Input Feilds

I need a simple Frontend on my website with the following, no design necessary, just the fields:

- List of Twitter Accounts
- Minimum Number of Likes
- Minimum Number of Retweets
- Start/Stop Button
- Parsing Interval

Output Fields
- Column 1: Tweet Text
- Column 2: Tweet Link
- Columns 3: No of Likes
- Columns 4: No, of Retweets
- Columns 5: Images or video (if available)
- Columns 6: witter User Account
