Basic question on CJ please -

OK I have a list of about 5000 people -

Is this how CJ works?

1. I select a product from CJ and place that on MY SITE -
2. Blast my list (for example) to the page with the CJ product
3. Payment is processed on CJ or is it the affiliates own cart?
