Basic Q&A: buying Telegram accts

I was doing a research on the "buying telegram accts" topic, didn't find the answers to:
1. how to tell the age of a Telegram account
2. how to tell if it was properly warmed up?
3. how to get full control of the TG account (2FA+new session?)
4. what are the .session file, api id, and hash files used for?
5, 6, 7 What else did I miss?

Please advise if you have experiences with that so you can help noobs like me to avoid scammers! Note: I did read the "Newbies section":
