Hi, I have a basic proxy question :)

I'm using GMT2 on just one Instagram account & I have a private proxy.
But do I need a proxy at all if I use the bot for just 1 account? What would Instagram see if I don't use any proxy? They would see my real location or a random bot data?

If you don't use a proxy, then IG can see your Real IP from which they can also detect geolocation data. If you are using just 1 account on bot and your real IP is not linked to a previous banned account or something like that.. Then there is no need for a proxy at all.

if you can afford have your computer on 24/7 you can use your own ip address.

gd luck

yes, I just leave it on wifi.

but will Instagram then see my real location if I don't use any proxy with GMT2? I mean I want to use the same account on mobile simultaneously at minimum risk - liking, commenting manually. The bot is just for f/uf.

for one account just go with your ip mate, no need for a proxy. Proxies are needed when you have multiple accounts and you don't want all of them to use your own ip as that would give them away..

My current home ip may have some tiny flag on it as i used to have a spammy account for tests at the beginning of my instagram journey. However I'll be moving to another flat so I'll change wifi and therefore get a new ip ;p

so am I'm safe then to stop using proxy at fresh new ip even if i stay with the same computer?

Check if you have dynamic IP or not. If you have a dynamic IP, you can get a new IP by just restart the router.

Yes you should be fine with a new IP and same computer.
