Basic PBN Questions

Hey guys, so I am looking to build my own PBN and found some domains with very good metrics but some of them were foreign .gov sites with TLDs like .in, .jp

Would you consider building PBNs from these sites if you would want to rank for local US niches?

And what would be the anchor text ratio you would like to see?

I would buy them if I were you. You can bring great results to your site even if they are foreign tlds

Oke lets say my anchor is "herbal thee" i would use "herbal thee" in all the anchors from my PBN, i use variations like "buy herbal thee" or "how to make herbal thee" but "herbal thee" will be in all my PBN anchors and later i will water that down with other anchors from web 2.0, articles and press releases, but my PBN links are the strongest links i have so they will have my target keyword in them.

I am doing this for more then 2 years now, not one of my sites has been banned ever... and i am in the ticket selling niche very competitive and it always works, just make sure you water it down with links/anchors from other places.

Actually, I was asking what would a non-spammed PBN anchor text looked like, so I can filter them.

If they arent spammed and have good links - go for it.

No i don't understand what you mean by filtering other then keeping the % of anchors to your moneysite within boundaries
