Flippa seems like a great site...i dont know but its easier said than done to sell sites these days..as most of the developers are using out the box coding so its like generic websites...you would have to be noob to buy some of the sites they selling.

Regardless of what the developer is using, be it out of the box or a totally custom setup, buyers, regardless of experience, are buying based on 2 key principals.

  1. Proven history in making money.
  2. Potential to make money.

Just because a website is a relatively generic out of the box wordpress website does not mean that the site isn't making money or does not have the potential to do so, custom built doesn't automatically mean big money.

In my opinion Flippa has greatly improved the scope to sell websites.
 
I was able to sell my first website on flippa with the free credits I got here. Thanks again!
