Sorry but I can't trust someone that confuses PPC competition with SEO competition.
The "competition" column you're talking about is how hard the advertisers are fighting with bids to get the ad position about this particular keyword.

Google doesn't want us to play with its ranking algorithms,
you can't possibly think that google would actually tell you how easy it is to rank a keyword in google adwords.

Why don't you learn the basics yourself and then try to teach people how to rank pages?
