Since Google shopping will be free for all to use, now is a great time to learn how to use it before they release it to the public on the 27th. Lot's of people don know how to use this so here go my extremely short summary on how to set everything up.
Basically, you need to add all your products using this spreadsheet.

Depending on what you are selling, you want to provide as much information possible. For most products you will need a product ID, name, description, price, destination link, image, and all that other basic stuff. But if you are selling things such as clothing, you'll need to add gender, sizes, and a few more things. You should be able to find that stuff on the second link provided above.
After this, you need to upload it to your Google Merchant Center.

After you are done uploading your products, it takes Google 7-14 days to review it.
