Basic concept of CPA?

I am looking to start up some investment into CPA world. Not exactly sure what the best way to go about this or how its done but I believe I understand some.

Basically I create a website about a popular niche. Then do SEO on it to get it ranked, promote on social media and YT. And then just let users complete the surveys and such?

How about doing it a Ad-Sense way? I have a domain that I want to build up professionaly. Setup a tech blog on it and then let traffic come on its own. Should this be done with whitehat SEO?

Sorry but I am completely new to all this.

I just want to generate some sites for getting money coming in..

And I want to develop a real site that I use for Ad-Sense and such. Wont be a main profit of money making but I would like it to become popular.

CPA can be very profitable if you put some time and money into learning and testing with it. I can't tell you everything from A to Z but one thing I can tell you is the more you test with websites, niches, verticals, etc., you'll find yourself doing pretty well.

Do you have any solid links for reading? I don't want to spin my wheels with outdated stuff. Also, doesn't SEO have something to do with this? I don't want to do some outdated hurtful SEO things to go backwards.

Any help in the right direction would greatly appreciate it!
