Basic Changing IP Question

What is the best way to automatically change my IP every ten minutes?

I have been using proxies but am not pleased with the results, because they are flaky and lower the speed and functionality of my connection.

i have resorted to cloning my MAC address but this is not feasible because it takes about an hour to reconnect.

Who has better ideas?

If you want just navigate web pages, I recommend you a Chrome plugin called "Hola!".
But If you want to use softwares..etc then buy a subscription of "hide my ass".. amazing vpn.

If you have a dynamic IP - restart your router.
If you do not have dynamic IP - get one

I consider "hidemyass" as a good option. It's not expensive.
