Ok, so I'm building my new site and want to do the SEO right for once. Could someone point me towards an awesome practical guide for the best things to do with the site to help with the initial SEO, robots.txt, keyword focus, and other basic things I should be doing? THX!! love you guys/gals

I got plenty of time (unfortunately) and I'm not talking about blasts or anything, yet, more of the internal things to do make it SEO friendly, is there a good guide that someone could recommend for both basic and more advanced things I can do to help with the internal SEO stuff? thxxx
