I hope there was a barter system in place even here for all the members so that those people who are broke but have some awesome things to share could share them in exchange of getting another person`s service

also, why is there a membership requirement to set up a shop?

If you can't afford to spend some time here and $100, chances are you won't afford to take care your clients even on the smallest upset. So why would we let anyone just open a shop?

If you have an awesome thing, you can hustle on the internet and make a few sales. If you have it. Then you can easily get the membership. Not that awesome and can't bother hustling online? Wash cars.

respect your opinion but being a mod you at least may have some sense of being polite and not just randomly firing on someone about them pointing out his opinion there was no need to be rude about it but you still were rude,

be polite or don't answer it is better

He was not being rude; he was being on point.

Nothing @jazzc said was remotely rude. He simply stated the facts in plain English.
If you can't handle straight talking then how do you expect to deal with real rudeness (like from customers)

that is what you think but is it true really nope it is not universal and well rudeness from customers can be handled because they PAY moderators don't

No, moderators don't pay and they also don't receive anything in return for the work they do. They are volunteers & deserve at least a little bit of respect for giving up their time to keep the forum clean.

As stated previously anyway, nothing jazz said was remotely rude.

No, moderators don't pay ..
Is it so? I think I have seen mods also buying from many BSTs. They also need good services, and I bet they are the best customers coz they are not n00bs and they know what they are looking for. If they complain, it must be a bad service.. lol

Let me clarify this. To get approved, you have to provide the service to the markeplace Mod who is reviewing it. For example, if it's a backlinks services, the Mod sets up a sample site or otherwise uses an already-existing asset and tells the seller to blast there with a test keyword. THAT is not paid, since it is for the review.

Moderators in general who want a service must buy it.

Yepp I know the review part (I hope OP knows that though). My point was that mods are also members here and they also buy services they like :p

Ofcourse, I was rather pointing to OP than @sturose because I know he is an old member and he knows how BHW works :)

In other words, you're saying you are a snowflake and need special attention. Guess what? In the adults world, nobody cares.

Did I say you did ? No I didn't just said , reply politely or don't do it at all

Never did I disrespect him but no matter who it is they should know the way to talk

Did I say about when I start selling ? NO
I was talking about now when I am asking a question and getting fired by someone which isn't right
Understand before you post

You first need to get what the person is saying ,

And finally to everyone
1. Whatever I said was my opinion and won't be changed as obviously they aren't wrong no matter who he is the person must speak properly

2. Anyways even if I now submit the application after buying the membership it is now gonna be rejected coz so many egos have been hurt and mods are well mods so they stand to stop their ego from being hurt

3. Also any threads are gonna be deleted by mods now that I have spoken against someone and said my mind

So I will just reply to people then

What I said was my thinking and I had my points corretcif you understand well and good if you don't idc

also, why is there a membership requirement to set up a shop?

Why doesn't eBay just let people sell things for free? Erm ...... could it be because they are a business and not a charity?

The staff is not allowed to do that.

We have to approve or deny based on whether the product or service matches what is being offered in the sales thread, offers the product or service at a price point that matches what is being offered as well as whether the product or service offers enough value to be allowed to be sold on BHW.

Our personal thoughts as to who is offering or what has transpired on the forum previously are NOT allowed to come into play during that process.
