I set up my new account got some good genuine feedback and this piece if trouble making shit from Canada gave me bad feedback.

I know how you feel it seems ebay attracts twats. I opened a new account and a guy
refused to give me anyfeed back even after numerous emails so paypal held onto the money for 21 days which is a pain when you'r trying to start a business. But he must
of appreciated the 2 am taxi's and couriers looking to collect the feedback lists for ebay.
Make another account and give his address and phone number bid on everything and dont pay, have a look at what crimes were commited in his local area and advertise identicle stuff with his address and a little call to the local feds dont forget to use a proxy. I love it when they want to play dirty.
