Hello BHW members,

Do any know if pure banner websites are allowed by google ? Specially if it's ranking 1st on SERPs on many keywords?
Any way to report this kind of websites ?

By banner website I mean 100% pure banners, not single content

No it's not mine lol
It's a competition and he is doing extremely well unfortunately. Site has been up since 1998

I saw somewhere that banner sites are not allowed. In other words, sites with no content ranking high have something weird and I'm here to make sure I'm right and get your thoughts

Try not to do it even if its allowed. You will lose ranking in my opinion.

You can if you have good link building for that keywords. And secondly the keywords on which the website is top is not competative then you can stand there for a long time. Since google algo. change you may get penalize if you have hidden the content.
