Banner rotating bank?

Hi, everybody. I have a need to place a banner rotator on several dozens of my sites. In this regard, I realized that it would be more convenient to have a separate site with a repository of these banners for A/B split testing. And teasers can be dynamically displayed using static javascript code and manage the placement and creation of promotional materials within one site. It was as if a bank of teasers.

It would not be desirable to order such a programmer, because there will be a question with the design, creation of terms of reference and other nuances. Considering that I am very stupid about these things. Is there such a ready-made solution? With an admin panel and CTR output on the click-to-view ratio.

BTW im using wordpress in all them. And i know there is a lot of banner rotating plugins, but its not so convenient, to edit teasers regularly in dozens of sites.
