Banner for tech support

Hello all!

Im new here but i read this forum since a long long time. I came here today because i have a question.
Im actually trying to create an adwords campaign for tech support.

Everything is ok on many points, money page ok, cloaker ok, etc...

But im stucked on one thing : what kind of banners are you guys using ? What is the theme used ? And, how do you do to pop your popup with this banner ? Does the popup automatically appear with the banner or do people have to click on the banner to display the popup?

Those questions are maybe stupid, but im really stucked on this point... Could you please help me ?
