Banner Ad rotator website

Are there any 3rd party websites out there which provide this service? I'm not the best at coding and therefore would love a website which you can just upload the banners and links to and it gives you a piece of code to upload to your site. Something like what wufoo does for forms.

Try OpenX, you can just install it on a spare subdomain and voila. It rotates banners, tracks impressions / clicks / conversions and much more.

Openx is a bit overkill but it is free.

Personally I use OIOPublisher on my site which also allows me to sell banner advertising and process payments. Its fully managed so all I ever have to do is approve/reject ads as they come in.

When there aren't paid ads in place it defaults to use whatever banners/links you want it to.
