Banned?

Hey, im just wondering what i looks like when you got banned. 3 of my accounts got "banned" today and i cant think of why. So i just wanted to make sure they really are. When i say i got banned i mean that when i try to log in the error, that my username or password is wrong comes up. But they are definitely 100% right! So if i get this error and my name and pw are absolutely right, is my account banned?

it's probably got banned.

And what does it mean when i have to PV an account, enter a number and click submit but i doesnt send a SMS and also does not redirect me to the code enter page? The number is 100% unused.
