Banned Users

I often see threads and posts of users, that are banned. How is it possible that so many users are banned? And what are the reasons? Is it mostly scam or did he violate the rules. If the user is banned, will his new account also be banned when he registers again? I intend to do business on this site in the future, but somehow I am unsure to buy the JrVip and in the end this all was for nothing.

Many people have been here for many years and have never been banned. Simply adhere to the rules and you'll be fine.

People are banned for all types of reason but mostly for scamming people or selling without an upgraded account I think.

This is one of the largest Marketplaces in the world for IM services so there will always be assholes coming here to try and scam people.

Once you are banned you are never allowed to make an account here again. Some people find ways around this but over the years they have gotten better at tracking down users that create an account after a ban.

unless you start lobbing death threats or scamming people you will know if you are on a route to ban heaven. If you find yourself getting multiple warnings you might want to slow the frick down and see why you are pissing everyone off. Generally the mods give public and private warnings before they ban people.

How was your experience here? Did you get enough customers for your service that you offered?

Scam is bad. But what about false accusations? Sometimes you will offer a good service. 99% of the customers are happy. But there is always one or two people who wants to destroy your business. What are the counter measures against theses type of accusations. Did something like this happen in this forum in the past?

Everyone has to provide proof here. You can go peruse the shit list area of the forum if you want to see how conflict resolution is handled here. Many of the bans that come down originate over there

My BHW experience is great. And to answer your question, I will never have enough customers. In fact, "too many customers" aren't enough customers.

YMMV. All seller experiences are different. The best thing you can do is know the rules of BHW, have a valuable service that helps people, and believe in your service and its ability to help change peoples' lives for the better.

I've been here 6 years and never even received a warning.

It's simple really, follow the rules, don't try to sell without the correct privileges and generally don't piss the mods off!

Prime example is today someone asked about traffic and a guy replied ' I can only supply xxx traffic'

So clearly this second guy was trying to push a service ( plus he wasn't a Jr VIP, despite having enough posts etc ).
I decided to check his account and lo and behold he'd been selling via PM this month, so I gave him a 3 point warning.

Now instead of accepting he'd screwed up again, he decided to up his game by arguing then insulting me, so he got another warning for mod abuse and is now perma banned.

We get people who are banned for scamming, some for racking up multiple warnings and others are PBMs we just ban. Most banned are for rule violation.

Majority of so-called scams are due to members buying from non upgraded members, so instead of trying to save a few bucks and actually ending up getting screwed, people reported these scammers. Most scammers wouldn't make any money.
