Banned proxies

What happens to a proxy after it has been banned. Is that IP permanently banned or is it temporary

yeah...
it all depends what site and what clout that site has....

if www.welove horses .com bans you... who cares...

but if askimet or some other site with a lot of leverage bans you.. it will affect you.
