You can reach out to the support as they might help you to recover your account. If you are blocked from using the app on your mobile device, you should uninstall the app and delete all data even from directories. Then, you should reinstall the app after a few days, and it will work for you.

Hi, in my view, If you are banned in snapchat ,you should delete the snapchat app from your mobile including all the data in it. Then after few days, download the snapchat app and create a new account.

You should contact the support center to complain and wait for a response. If that doesn't work, you should create a new account.
