Banned on adwords

i haven' used adwords in a long time but i logged in to find my account banned.

so i ask why and receive an email about "bridging page" decision not me lightly (never contacted me about it) No right to appeal, do not open another account as that will be disabled,

i am like whooooaa... w.t.f....so i get banned because i switched to an affiliate offer for a short while and banned for life, no appeal. Seems way over the top.

So is that my site that is banned for life or me personally? They are dictators at G?

if it is me personally, i feel like taking them to court. They have an unfair monopoly on p.p.c. and to ban someone for life so setting up an affiliate page (which they were more than happy to accept prior to about 2009) They need to be handed a lesson!

Go ahead buddy, take them to court, and keep us posted with the outcomes (dont forget to brief us out with the judge decision as well). You're right, Google should be behind bars for PPC monopoly!
