Banned on a site even if I change IPs

Oh yeah, it's for a really stupid site lol.
Anyways my ip changed from www.xxx.yyy.zzz to www.xxx.aaa.bbb. I'm guessing they banned www.xxx.*.*?
I tried a proxy(from here) and Tor browser which should both hide my IP. Using "whats my ip" it showed different IPs.
It's really a stupid site, so I can't imagine them going through crazy hoops to ban me.

Possibly. This is actually first I've heard of it. How could they do that? How would they get it too? It's not for a game.
Also, I can't access the site via my cell phone either.

Do you use an app on their website? Something like Vagex view program, or SYV program?
 
No, no app. I think it may be a site issue. Though some traffic, doesn't seem like as much.

Depends by the filters but you can clear cookies and get some new fresh private proxies
 
Go incognito and it will not use cookies or cache

if that does not work you are IP banned.

Have you got another computer you can use to test?
