Banned in instagram

Hello guys i have recently been banned on one of my accounts and now when i try to log in different accounts from my mobile (ios) its says Problem with the request or smth like this do you know how to fix it without factory reset my mobile

You've got your IP/Device flagged most likely.

Try with another phone/IP before taking any action so you can be sure what to do.
 
Instagram is able to ban a mobile device? Not IP but a specific device?
 
IP isn't banned. Give your Insta app a rest for a few days and you will be able to log in.
Meanwhile, use one of the cloning app programs in Google Play.
 
clear your browser cached and cookies then try it may be will work
 
almost 2 weeks and i still have this problem its from instagram app on mobile
 
Yes, your device ID was banned by Instagram. I got the same problem, but found two solutions:

If you use android rooted download device id changer program or if not rooted, download Parallel Space at Play Store.
If you use iOS, login with the associated facebook account.
