Banned from youtube and google adsense

I had a youtube channel in 2017 which was banned from youtube along with my adsense account and they told me to never come back.

Now i have a new youtube channel and close to 1000subs and 4000 hour watch time, so im sure they will send me an email soon that im eligible to monetize my channel
should i reapply or will they nuke this channel aswelll right away?
this time i dont do anything illegal, on the first one i had a darknet related channel and they took it off, this channel is absolute clean etc...

It's totally okay if you don't have anything illegal in your channel. Well it is no surprise it was banned with darknet stuff in it.

You apply using different name and address where you have access to. Ask a friend or a relative. You can always cashout under your REAL name if you need it.
