banned from yahoo?

I have a site that ranks really well in google, pr6. For some reason yahoo has banned us, we have 0 pages indexed on that domain despite thousands of links. Is there any recourse or explanation? We haven't done any blackhat or spammy stuff with this site and there is no reason to be banned. I looked around but there isn't an email address or a contact form to be found.

This might have happened to me as well. Some of my sites, they just won't index and its very annoying, partic as I have got these sites into Google. Ah well! Anyone have a surefire way to tell about such things in Yahoo?

I try Yahoositeexplorer - site:www.mysite.com

Other than that, there doesn't seem to be much more info.

I did all the site explorer stuff, validated, and submitted a sitemap. I now have one page indexed. :-(

Ok so I finally resolved this, thought I would post in case anyone else has this problem.

5 years ago we were served a DMCA notice from google, someone had filed a notice with them and they were notifying us. Their policy is to remove the infringing page from their index and notify the owner. We filed a counter-notification and were restored within a week.

We never noticed because the traffic was so minimal, but the lawyers had filed with Yahoo as well. Yahoo's policy is to remove not just the infringing page but the entire site from their index and NOT notify the owner.

Long story short it took an inside contact at yahoo to get this info, we filed a counter notification and are now enjoying free y! traffic.
