I Get This Message this Morning,
What does it mean ? will I be paid ?:

During a recent review, we have found that you have violated our Terms and Conditions. We found that you are using Paid Search Ad?s to promote eBay. Your account has been terminated and 100% of your pending commissions will be reversed. You are not eligible to rejoin the eBay Partner Network.

what methods were you using to promote? that letter means that you are not getting paid, and the only thing you can do is dispute the ban.
 
I Used adwords for Months.

How can I Dispute .... ?

There is a solution to get back 3000 Euros ?

yeah, as far as i'm aware, you can't advertise on any first-tier search engines (google), so you don't really have a pull and you're just gonna have to take the loss. if you check the bottom of the email they sent, you can find the email address for disputing your ban.
 
You are not going to get paid and you are not going to get unbanned.

You need to understand this and try to move on. Realise your mistake and learn from that mistake.
 
well using ebay on adwords is a big no no, for them it drives up their costs to bid on their own keywords and actually costs them a lot of money. they wont be paying you your 3k.

pepperjam is still an option

Nope, no solution. Learn from this and move on. Your 3k Euros is history.

I heard PJ is not accepting anymore E_P_N affiliates at this time.


I thought you just could not use direct search for PPC (in other words use adwords and have a direct link to your affiliate page)

to talk with them and dispute.... i didnt find their email,,,,
 
your 3k is most likely history and dispute will be denied.
Only way you will get a second look is if you have a lawyer send a letter.
If you do not have one, get a prepaid legal package and have them send or forward your dispute letter.

They might consider it easier to pay you to go away at that point.

Probably still won't work. I doubt they would ban anyone without proper evidence, and how do you prove to a judge that you are in the right ...

That is ok. Just can't send directly from adwords to ebay.
 
The money is probably gone but I understand you can get another EPN account with
a corporation and EIN number.
 
Scenario:

You give someone flowers to sell for you and tell them they can sell them wherever they want as long as they don't advertise your flowers in the local newspaper. They agree that they won't advertise in the local newspaper.

One day you open the local paper and see they have an ad selling your flowers.

Are you paying them?

No, and neither is eBay.
 
You will not be unbanned nor paid. You can reply to the email and if they feel like giving you a response back they might but more than likely they will ignore your emails.

Similar thing happened to me and I tried to dispute it. It took over two months to even get one reply back from them and the reply just restated their original email. I lost a grand in commissions plus money I spent for traffic. You break any TOS no matter how small it seems they will ban your ass quicker than shit once they catch you. No second chances.

As far as I know you can use paid search but you cannot use their name or any variation nor can you send them directly to EBay or frame your page to make it look like ebay but under your own domain.

If you do have any luck disputing it let me know.
