About a week ago I got accepted into CP*Lead and I haven't used my account much. Today when I try to log in I get the following message :

Error

Hello, **** *****
Your account was not approved. This can happen for various reasons, including failure to validate the domain you used in your application. If you feel you made an error in your application, please contact your affiliate manager, ****** *****, for more details. Use your *******. publisher ID #****** to reference your account.

Do they ban for inactivity? If so, one week isn't enough time to be considered inactive, no?

Furthermore, for my application I cloned a website from someone who got approved using it. It was risky but I got approved. So now I'm wondering if I went unnoticed at the application stage but later on they figured out and banned me.

Anyway I wrote to my AM and I'm waiting for his reply. I wanted to know what you guys think.

Get in touch with your AM on AIM. You'll get better response than what on email. :)

Wait for your AM reply. If it not goes well, say good bye and switch to other CPA networks.

Is it likely they checked my domain after my approval provided that I didn't place any widget on it nor did I send them any traffic?

4-5 months ago I received ban from cp@lead... I sent 5 emails and so far I have not received any response... I spoke with someone in her messenger ... told me to send mail and wait for response :) more than four months have passed and still do not know why my account was deleted :)

But I never noticed or heard about them doing so. My a/c with NET 7 is lying active for more than a month, not yet banned or so. (I switched to other network.)

GhostVision what error did you get when you were banned? Is it similar to mine above?

Hello XXX
We regret to inform you that your ******* account has been terminated due to the following reason(s):

Misleading/Fake campaigns.

If you feel we have wrongfully terminated your account, please contact appeals@*******.com and be sure to include your publisher ID #XXXXX in the body of the email.

You are providing visitors FAKE shit..

Therefore they banned your acc.

I feel that they tend to scam people for bucks which is not cool... it used to be a huge content lock network 1 year back. I made over 1000 back then which is cool but i ain`t feeling that i should work with them anymore...

Just my 2 cents ^^

Is it really that hard to read?? You have to validate your domain but it wasn't yours so you could never have validated it. Bingo.

So wait, what's validation here? If it's pasting in the code or uploading the file they provide, then yeah, I validated my domain. I would not have been approved if I didn't.
