Banned from Chaturbate?

I am not fucking with you. I quoted the exact Terms of Service.

You can use those exact promotional tools as I said. But I am sure that is not what you are doing.

If you are only using those exact tools for their intended purpose, then sure, you were not banned for that. If you were using the content in some other way, you were breaking the ToS. But none of these promotional tools except for RSS feeds can be implemented with Twitter. These promotional tools are supposed to be used with the applicable code for your own website. So, I don't see how you can be using the promotional tools for Twitter.

Well if you consider that the use on "twitter" is different than the use on "site" then yes, maybe I was out of ToS. But as far as my experience goes, all the promotional material they put for use on a website can be used on twitter also.


Anyway, I got in contact with someone from Chaturbate, I'll try to justify my case and hopefully get my account back & stop using those type of promotion.
 
Just tell Mohawk Steve that you'll not do it again and hopefully he'll unban you. Don't try to argue with the guy.

he seems to be a nice guy. Hope I get my account back. I'll never reach my journey, but sitting on a good amount of revshare

I doubt it is your promo method that is giving you problem. Most likely it is the charge back rate. 5% is really high even though the number is only 5.
 
I saw his post on another forum. He was creating Twitter accounts and pretending to be the cam girl on Chaturbate. Obviously this is a big no-no and I suppose he pissed off the wrong person.

Luckily, he got his account re-instated.
 
@TayaX clean this formula up in a way that it walk between the lines - ask aff manager if small handful of models are alright with you using their images and names to promote (and link to their room so it's win/win), or make the profiles a little bit more generic that's not stealing any model content. Guaranteed some models won't care and welcome the promotion as you're building their brand as well, it can be a win/win just put in the legwork to find them.

Lastly, start splitting to a new revshare acct and/or cam site to diversify risk, no need to throw in the towel yet IMO.

Good thing, that you managed to get the account back. :)

Some models are really anal about their recordings/screenshots being used without their consent or they don't consent to it at all. Some of the models are well-connected, if you're unlucky, you can get the boot.
I got a @mention on Twitter a few months ago from a guy, who handles DMCA takedown requests for models. I found his profile on Chaturbate, he was a model too, but now he provides every type of services for the models, the infamous banner making too. The tweet was already removed by Twitter by the time i noticed the mention, i don't actively monitor those accounts anymkre. I went to the length to delete that particular white label too, it was a dead one anyway. The funny thing is that i wasn't tweeting anything in the last 4 years, so it was a 4 year old tweet.
 
I just suppose. Spam on other site with this niche. No photos or videos with models
 
Just so people understand, the main reason why models are so protective of people using their images and feeds are:

a) They don't want their family to find out. Lots of cam models have geo-blocking enabled. Which means people from countries/cities they have blocked can't see their cam profiles. When affiliates use their images without permission, they are potentially putting the model's other job (main source of income) at risk and (in some countries) their lives. Some also have kids and don't want their kid's friends to find out.

b) Their image is their trademark. When other people use it without their permission, they lose control over their own product.

I understand that most affiliates use content with good intentions: to promote the cam site and thus make the cam models more money, however, you do have to think of the ramifications of using content without permission does.
