Hello,

I have been on Amazon KDP FR for several years. I had to create 3 consecutive accounts after being banned. For 3rd account, after 2 years of good service, I received the following email on January 21 (translated from French):
----------
We are terminating your account with immediate effect because you have multiple accounts, which is contrary to our Terms and Conditions. Additionally, this account is associated with an account that we terminated due to violations of our Content Rules.

As part of this termination process:
• We will close your account.
• You can no longer claim payment of overdue royalties.
• You will no longer have access to your accounts. This means that you will no longer be able to modify your works, view your reports, or access other information in your account.
• All your published titles will be withdrawn from sale on Amazon.

Also, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, you are no longer authorized to open new KDP accounts. "
----------

I actually noticed that my account was no longer accessible. At the end of January, I still received my payments for my November 2020 sales period. I did not respond to the email and am keeping a low profile. But by chance, at the beginning of February, I noticed that my account is accessible again. All of my paperbacks were unpublished but all the ebooks were available for sale and generated income. I waited to see at the end of February if I was going to receive my December payments and indeed I received the transfers at the beginning of March.

In the end, what happened ? Is it an administrator who made a bad manipulation or a bug ?

Today, with only ebooks, I earn 300-350 € per month instead of 1800-2000 € before. I would like to re-publish my paperbacks, but I'm afraid to attract the attention of administrators and getting banned this time for real.

What would you do in my place ?

Thanks,

Thomas

If they lifted ban without any notification, it could be a mistake or bug. Now anything you do will be a gamble.

I think amazon is leaving the europe like the uk do , so from now on they don't give a shit about your country policy? They just think about there commissions

Something similar happened to me once with their regular affiliate program. My account has been banned and I was still receiving commissions.
I think the person who banned my account is the same as the one who banned yours :)

Anyway if they have been able to link your accounts it means you have a breach in your account creation process.
Use virtual machines to operate your different accounts that's the safest way to have multiple accs.
