Banned from Amazon, how to get back in 2015?

I've recently lost my account and the linked accounts that had different brands. What are the big rules for 2015 for getting back in aside from new IP and bank?

How do get a new address? Can we use the same name? What about EIN or SSN issues?

i am not sure about it,, but consult their support team,, they can guide you in the right path..

Is he going to tell the support team that he was a member and then got banned? And now needs a way to get a new account running?

seems like you did something fishy ....i lost mine in mid 2012 with 2.5k...they didnt give me any reason but what i knew i was selling dropshpping items ....they have the worst seller support but amazon is the best buyer friendly i must say
