Banned from Adwords

Just got the dreaded email, what should I do?
I was thinking of running a new Google Adwords account on a VPS under a new name, new credit card, new email etc.
Should I also completely recreate the website?
It lasted for over a month.
Any tips? It really sucks to get banned. I wanted to use Adwords for my future site too...
