Banned from Adwords Question

Hi guys sorry about making yet another thread about been banned from Adwords but I couldn't find the answer to my question.

I have been banned from using Adwords using free vouchers. I got away with making a new account for around 10-15 times using $100 vouchers.

Problem is now I have found which keywords work for me and I have got the hang of using Adwords proficiently I actually want to pay for it. If I made a new account and added my credit card would it still ban my account if I used the same address (web address and billing address) I've been using with the free vouchers? Have they banned my site or have they just banned the accounts due to using free vouchers over and over or both?

I also have these voucher codes that I don't need so if anyone wants them it's first come first serve.

My question to you is this: if you were using just the vouchers, not investing your money, why would you use the same billing address and all of that ? Why not use new addresses ? It`s not like you would have to pay, just use the free vouchers.. as for IP, there are proxies, just use those
