Banned from adsense - Problems

Ive used adsensepayback and i have a good $ from that, and ive start sell the method and a website with all to do adsensepayback.
But i have a problem, some users got banned because do not do what i said, but some of them are not banned and are waiting for the $.

Those people can do something against me? Judicial? All have my private information.

It is possible, but depending on the amount of money in question. This is why you should always provide a disclaimer in fine print.

The amounth is bigger, with FTP client, tutorial step by step,support, and i tell them that have no garantees. Those people do what i said to not do and got banned.
