Banned from Adsense ;( Moving into CPA

Hello BHWers,

For the last 5 years I've been contented with making a living off adsense - moving from MFAs to authority sites that survive panda+penguin updates. I don't claim to know how to rank a website but I do make a mistake of putting all my eggs into one (adsense) basket. For some reasons, my accounts which were earning not less than $300 a day were disabled few weeks ago. It pains me to lose more than $10K in my accounts (yes, they don't pay you once it's disabled) and it pains me more to see all the "unmonetized traffic" from one of my high-CPC-keyword websites.

And for that, I have decided to move away from adsense & explore into something called "lead generation" (hopefully that's the right word to use).

I'm a total noob, I started this thread in the hope that someone in the know could give offer an advice or two on how I should go about "monetize" those leads that I collect from my site.

Do I sell them or keep to myself? and if I'm selling them, to who?

Is it unethical (or illegal for that matter) to collect those leads and sell them to someone else?

Any advice is really appreciated. I'm now sailing into uncharted water & I hope I'm not drown LOL

got 2 of my adsense accounts banned recently and Im back to square one.. all relying now on cpa.. :-(

do you have coupon sites ?
because i think they hate such sites and they ban publishers that put adsense on such sites.

Why they are disabled? What`s the reason?

Forget Adsense! Find the advertisers and cut a deal with them.

300$ a day on adsense could make you easily 700-1k per day on cpa if you know how to play it.
get your demographics through quantcast, and look which offers fit in your site. also you can rotate the offers to see where you can get the most out of it.

Find few offers which your visitors like ... find the most popular one .. promote that and keep spinning the banners .

Experience will make you wiser . You can make around $1k easily .. if you catch the beats of your visitors.

The BIG G usually doesn't tell you exactly the reason by disablement but I suspect it's because I was placing 2 ads side-by-side which was OK before.

I'm collecting, as we speak, more than 50 emails a day from female demographic who are looking for "help in time of need". I'm just not quite sure how to monetize those data. Doing the email marketing myself or sell them to third-party resellers. I'm hearing that I could sell fresh data for $1-$3.

I really hope it's as easy as putting up banner and split-test them. Thanks for chipping in, mate. Really appreciate the opinion.

I'm in the same situation as you, god google pisses me off!!! but hey best of luck to you and anyone else in the same boat

imo first just place CPA offers but later harvest those leads and monetise them urself....a.k.a sell them....also once u start selling the leads b smart and sell the leads to like 4 companies and quadruple ur earnings which could make hundreds of thousands of $'s...anyways good luck with ur ventures...and oh yh

Try other platforms like Adbrite and Infolinks though they're small compared to Adsense it will keep the money flowing in.

guys as our elders(by that i mean you being victims of google ) what did you think make them banned your account i would love to know so i wont make same mistake in the fututre
