If you are based out of the US, YPN could be a good option.

I've had good results with bidvertiser and adbrite as well (more so with bidvertiser)

Depending on what you're doing.
If doorways or similliar blackhat stuff, then peakclick is great.
for whitehat, i'd only recommend adsense. Nobody else have so good rates.
