Everyone who is using copyright material on youtube, watch out for your accounts!

My account got completly banned for 1 strike on 1 video

BTW: f* nitendo for striking me

Ouch! I didn't know you could be banned on 1 strike....I thought there was a 3 strike policy.

Its a good thing , as many users are downloading and uploading my videos(my hard work) too.
This should be a lesson to create your own videos and don't ever bother in the future for strikes and get account banned!

Well what about flagging? I receive false flags from time to time and there's nothing you can do about it, thanks to Google's UTTERLY USELESS customer service...
