If using different landing pages on different domains, then it cannot get suspended and if it does, then it would be due to some other reason(s).

thats why you are using a safesite in order to not get linked as the money site can be anything as google doesn't detect your money site, only your safesite

It is possible of your Google Ads account being suspended if you run the same affiliate campaign as someone else, even with different landing pages, as it maybe violate Google Ads policies against duplicate content.
