What that mean ? Can I get my account back ?

No. You cannot get the account back. Maybe you promoted some products through methods against TOS. Create another account. Forget the old one.

you have done suscpicous transactions....that it says...forget it make new and dont do again what you have done....
 
You have done a lot fraud with CJ, So they terminated your account and commission reversed to advertiser.
It can not resorted. Create new one.
