Guys I got a bit of a situation. I got banned from a cpa company that owes me close to 1k in earnings and they won't even give me a clear reason why I was banned. They sent me a termination email and told me they had information that I violated the TOS and they're taking my earnings. I have tried to contact them and ask for them to specify the offer and the complaints, but they're not responding.

I'm just wondering if any of you have had a similar experience and how you would proceed. I kind of want to take litigious action but I don't know exactly how to proceed. I don't believe they have proof I broke the TOS, because all of my leads were generated through good traffic and I've had no problem being paid out by multiple other cpa companies for the same traffic.

I've never faced this kind of robbery before, and seeing as how the guy who stole my earnings lives pretty close to me, I'd like to see if their is some legal action i could pursue to get him to release my earnings.

what the name of network? I think they going to scam

The first question everybody will want answered is which CPA Company banned you?

Have you even read their ToS?

You haven't provided all the information and the fact you stated "I don't believe they have proof I broke the TOS ..." sort of looks suspicious.

People get banned all the time, if you are sure you didn't break their ToS then push to speak to a Manager.

Nobody can answer anything unless we know what their ToS stated.

As for legal action it is probably pointless for that sort of money but it depends where you are located, normally I would say speak to a Lawyer/Solicitor but it probably isn't worth it.

to be clear, they didn't tell me how i broke the TOS. They just sent me a generic termination email. I don't need to read the whole TOS, they just need to tell me what I did wrong. I didn't send fraud/fake leads, these were all real conversions.I have tried to speak to the manager, he's giving me the silent treatment. I figure my hard earned money is going to pay for his night on the town.

I don't want to reveal the network yet, because I believe they have connections on this forum. I will decide how to proceed and if I decide to take action, I'll make a shitlist thread

If you really do believe you were scammed, then you should come back here and tell everyone who it is so that people can avoid them in the future.

Or start a shitlist thread. If you think they have connections/an account on this forum, then start one. At the very least you'll get an answer as to which TOS you violated.

Also, if you tell us who it is, other people may speak up and tell about their same experiences. You never know dude.

I'm not saying the company is wrong and you're right, but if you really want some answers and they're stonewalling you, then that might be the way to go.

You kind of do need to read the whole ToS... If you're attempting to get your money back and have no idea how you were terminated, you need to read their ToS and figure out what you did wrong. After you've familiarized yourself with the terms, then you can decide if you truly did nothing wrong and go from there.

I highly doubt they banned you for no reason. Given you feel as if you were wronged by being banned, yet won't tell us the network smells like you're in denial and know you did something wrong but you're hoping someone is going to give you some magic formula to get your money back.

You mentioned they are located close to you. Grab a baseball bat and then ask questions. Then maybe they might reply!

you know how much money is $1k for a CPA network? it's practically nothing, they most definitely didn't scam you for that amount and risk being outed, you must have done something against their TOS like they say, it doesn't necessarily mean sending fraudulent leads, but it can be that you used forbidden promotion methods or traffic sources

some networks are more strict than others when it comes to promotion methods/traffic sources, some networks enforce their TOS, others don't, it can be that you get paid from a network for the exact same traffic what gets you banned on another network, i'm sensing something like this happened here too

that's why it's always a good idea to build a good relationship with your AM, so he or she can help which offers are good for your traffic or they can tell you to stop sending traffic to a specific offer, so you don't lose a whole month worth of earnings
