In these days, after familiar with Proxy, I recommend you use a proxy can offer stable IP address(One Etsy account with a stable Residential IP address, save it and never change it), such as Smart Proxy, Netnut Proxy. also use the best anti detect browser, such as Lalicat, Multilogin (with a stable browser profile, save it for long-time use), and also can buy from BHW MarketPlace( where lots of proved good proxyies and browsers are selling.)
Your Product Description. pictures, reviews and other related store content issolation will also caused account banned.

Now I am using Netnut. The key point is the stable Static Residential IP address. so that Smart proxy is also available.
You can compare both after getting a trial. I think your trial experience can tell you more, different users will get different conclusion.

Your following other factors or details are also important. You should imagine each of your accounts is running under different users, what you should do.
different type habbits, login time, computer OS, shipping address, and others.

How are you opening up new accounts? Based on everything I've read, new stealh Etsy accounts in 2022 is impossible. the only way to get on Etsy and to have an account last is to open an account in someone else's name (mom, dad, brother, sister) using their ssn and banking information. Which, unfortunately for me, is out of the question.
Wish I could get back on...still plenty of money to be made on that site.
