My adsense account was banned for using Tamper data long back. What a stupid I was!

do Clickjacking
do Click Exchange
Send Fake and Cheap Traffic
Accidentally click on my own ads
Put my adsense code in high paying keyword one page blogspot blog built just to test if google is really paying that much for certain keyword
Digg my site with blackhat tools to get more traffic from digg to my Adsense site
Post Duplicate Content in my adsense site.
Try to create more than one adsense account.
So For God's Sake i won't do any of the above thing. But atm I have 4 Accounts!

i used cparedirect on my blog to another aff link, and my adsense displaying on that site got banned, god knows why they would ban my account for that

No you won't be banned unless you violate the tos of google.

having banned Adsense account would be for those who didn't read the TOS properly and sincerely. my account was banned due to same contextual-ads I have.

I was warned once, but not banned, for one particular site for duplicate content. But, I believe I would have been Ok, except the original publisher of the content complained to G about my site.
I was banned today, it's bullshit, I notified google about weird activity on my account, and now I'm banned.
After reviewing our records, we've determined that your AdSense account
poses a risk of generating invalid activity. Because we have a
responsibility to protect our AdWords advertisers from inflated costs due
to invalid activity, we've found it necessary to disable your AdSense
account. Your outstanding balance and Google's share of the revenue will
both be fully refunded back to the affected advertisers.
