You need to clear all your browser's history cookies/surfing INCLUDING any flash related cookies (those are hard to find)
You could use Ccleaner (it's free) and does the job most of times. You run this software EACH time want to create a new account.
DON'T EVER use the same IP. When you connect to internet, you get associated with an IP number so the best way to work around this is to use a proxy. There's lots of them available for free but they are slow as hell or not working all the time.
You could also use a VPN which stands as "Virutal Private Network" like Hidemyass

By the way, i got a simple solution regarding cleaning all your stuff coming soon. You just run this little software and BANG, you're clean

A good FireFox Addon for deleting flash cookies is "BetterPrivacy".
