hey i really need a bankaccount with debit card or CC for europe please help i dont kno further anymore... or even a way how to open without ID ?

Without ID it will be much harder but you have alternatives like TransferWise, Revolut and many others with ban accounts + debit card.

i already tried aöll of tghem i have scanned ids but no physical, i Need someone woho is able to do that ?

the only provider who can do that is n26 and you'll have a german bank acc with the card

Where are you located? You can't get a bank account without a valid ID anywhere in Europe.

Definitely not without ID. If you have no business, no job, no real estate in EU, some companies can setup a bank account in countries like Malta, Cyprus for you.
Opening deposit will be 10k eur and more.
