Bank Statement Request After Appealing The Suspension

Just to be clear, I haven't made a single transaction or payed anything to google ads yet but 50% of my accounts get a request from me to send them my bank statement for the card that I am using when I want to appeal the suspension of my account ( check screenshot bellow ), the main problem here is that even if I send them the bank statement they won't even bother to check or respond to my email. Have any of u guys got this problem before?

PS : it's not a "BIN problem" as I tried with the same bin and some accounts get it and some don't

PS : I am looking for a solution here but if u Don't wanna share it here I can buy it from u if ur a jr. Vip ( only to bypass this problem ) hmu on telegram : @Oza6969

Well, since, as you stated, no transaction was made, there is nothing to check for in the bank statement they are requesting.

However, even if you didn't make any payment, each time you link a card to a Google Ads account, a $0 transaction will appear on your card's transaction history. This is done to check the validity of the card properly.

Anyway, if you have access to the transaction history of the cards you're using, you might want to try sending them a PDF or screenshot of such a transaction.
 
I have a problem like you

Every new account suspended by suspicouis payments but i bypass without problem. From a days ago, i have a few accounts that, withour any payments, spend or anything, they suspended for unpaid balance. I topup the balance and appeal but they dont answer any apelation or mail...
 
Well, since, as you stated, no transaction was made, there is nothing to check for in the bank statement they are requesting.

However, even if you didn't make any payment, each time you link a card to a Google Ads account, a $0 transaction will appear on your card's transaction history. This is done to check the validity of the card properly.

Anyway, if you have access to the transaction history of the cards you're using, you might want to try sending them a PDF or screenshot of such a transaction.
The main issue here is that they won't even answer if I send them my bank statement or even if they did they take like 15 days which is insane for me

Almozt the same issue, first aopeal goes good, second one they ask for the bank statement
 
I had a problem with them they were asking over and over again the same information sent them like 10 bank estatements and that was never enought, what they told me is that the bank was flagging their transactions as suspicious and getting declined errors so far no solution any change I want to make to the account I need to contact them so there is proff of the change on their system otherwise they just ban the account and ask again for more bank estatements don't know what it is but their system flag everything as suspicious.
 
When any card, including VCCs, get linked to google ads, like RedPillSeo said, you always get two transactions in the card statement with no money spent. The transactions are made at the same time and conducted my google to make sure the card is valid. Two of these:

Attempted transactions, which either got cancelled or declined, also appear in the statement.
The statement they are asking for must contain all of them.

I also had a period when none of my submissions were getting reviewed. I tried in some months, just in case, and have managed to unsuspend all of them after providing bank statements in requests identical to yours. They were reviewing my submission within a few days and replying saying either the account is reactivated or asking to fix something and submit it once again (all of the statements were fabricated to appear like they are actual banks, so there could have been mistakes).
Can't say why exactly sometimes they reply and sometimes don't. Try going to https://support.google.com/google-ads/gethelp and creating any ticket saying your "TICKET ID" doesn't get reviewed even though you have submitted everything requested. They can ask for the statement once again, even though you have already submitted it, but this time will review it.

And regarding your BIN, it still could be the issue. From my experience, they ask for bank statement always because of the payment method. It can be either your BIN, EVEN THOUGH some of the accounts don't get suspended, as you say, or because your account has had at least one declined transaction, when, for example, there wasn't any money on your card and google tried to charge it.

Thank u so much that really contained some valuable infos there, btw how much time was it taking them to get back to u when u submit the bank statement? In the same point I am. Also using fabricated ones which means edited bank statements, for my case I am using diff bins from diff countries each time and sometimes I don't have access to that bank to download their bank statement, do u think a random one with my name, address + the 2 transactions will do the work or I will have to buy a specific bank statement for each bank I will be using in the future?
