Its next to impossible , you need to be present in front of bank officials at the time of account opening.

Nopes. That is impossible. Kotak Mahindra is offering zero balance 811 accounts with 6% interest and minimum paper work, but still you have to verify your AADHAR number to have it ( with finger-print). In-fact, I am not totally sure but I do not think a non Indian can open a business in India without haing an Indian partner. I may be wrong here though.

Ha ah..it's not a zero balance account my dear. They will deduct monthly minimum Rs.2,000 as recurring deposit..anyway, it's not possible to open a business account in India without company registered here..

is it ? lol they make it sound so different in the ads lol.. Anyway, I have got zero balance accounts with Axis and ICICI so I do not care
The point is, no one can open bank accounts over here remotely, without verifying the KYC.

yes you can make it happen, and it will be legel
for your clients get up the IDs in india and open the account and get digital signature
hire some cheap CA indian located to taek care of the tax in india
fill your tax on time and indian gov will be happy
