How much revolut charges? Is it lower than Wise?

Wise multi currency account charges like 3.5% including currency conversion rate differences.

i've opened a Capital1 bank account without going to a branch. There's several "online only" banks operating in USA. Sofi and Ally come to mind. Google alternatives to these and you'll find more I bet.

I think Payoneer is better. Good Customer Service.

You can use Payoneer or Wise to open virtual bank accounts without issues. I have not had issues with them for many years!
