I was thinking about that too but i read so many negative comments about these payment joints freezing funds on a regular basis for all kinds of fishy reasons as if it was part of a business model. Dunno know if i am being paranoid....

They'll be able to guide you through the whole business incorporation process and they've got credible banking contacts too, to help with the bank account. Best of all their advice is completely free. Don't forget to request for a bespoke market intelligence report for software development market in Scotland too, which they used to offer, not sure whether they still do though.
